John Swift is a 30-year veteran in the financial services industry. He has held senior positions in sales management, marketing management, operations management and technology management. John most recently served as a Senior Vice President and head of internal sales at Central Park Group LLC, where he helped grow the asset base by establishing a team of alternative investment professional who specialized in working with investors and advisors in developing portfolios of alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds and private real estate.
He served as a Head of Internal Sales, Investment Solutions at UBS Financial Services Inc., developing and delivering teams of professional that specialized in assisting advisors in the design and deployment of customized portfolios (traditional advisory product solutions and complex alternative investment product solutions). As head of the internal sales effort, he built a consultative sales and marketing team of over 25 professionals which provided high quality service and product expertise to 10,000 financial advisors across the globe.
Early in his career, John has led technology teams in early pioneering solutions allowing clients and advisors to take advantage of the then burgeoning internet, to deepen the investment relationship and provide ease of use and access through PaineWebber innovative and award-winning Online Services product. He also led a Wall Street-wide effort, chairing a committee, that worked with Microsoft and Intuit to develop a data standard for investment portfolio data (now ubiquitous) for use in in various financial service offerings and software, including the extremely popular Quicken suite of products. He is registered with FINRA as a Series 7, 24, and 63.
John, who trained as a classic French Chef at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, continues to express his passion for cooking by volunteering for the Loaves & Fish program in Westchester County, NY by feeding the area's low-income families, something he loves to do.
Lindi is a closely-held advisor to private companies from early-stage technology businesses to multi-generational family owned corporations. Her career began in 2000 with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., the oldest private bank in the US. Previously, Lindi co-founded Nuova Capital, a micro-VC fund investing in very-early stage companies in North America and the Middle East with the aim to be the first institutional check. Prior to Nuova, she established Unison Capital FZE, a boutique investment bank headquartered in the UAE with offices in Hamburg, Hong Kong and San Francisco, focusing exclusively on cross-border transactions. Lindi co-founded Major League Ultimate, which counted 38 ESPN SportsCenter® Top 10 appearances among its crowning achievements. Lastly, she headed up the M&A department at Hidden River Capital.
Lindi’s approach to business and life is based on respect, thoughtfulness, and authenticity in each and every interaction. She holds numerous positions as advisor and board member to early-stage startups in Fintech, Healthtech, Sportstech, and Enterprise Management as well as non-profit foundations. Lindi has two BAs in Economics and Political Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed investment banking agent (Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses). An avid hiker and traveler, she also coaches one of the top-ranked girls ultimate frisbee teams in the US.
